Bac Ha Sunday Market, Some 100km (62 miles) from Sapa, this is probably the most famous market in the region and more along the lines of what Sapa was once like. Here, various hill tribes converge every Sunday morning to conduct commerce. As a visitor, you're certainly part of the trade here because folks are keen to sell you their wares, but this market isn't as much about the tourist buck (yet) as it is about small - time commerce

Situated at an elevation of 1,650 meters and overlooking Fansipan (Vietnam's highest mountain at 3,143 meters), Sapa has all four seasons in one single day. The weather changes rapidly; in the morning it is bright and sunny and within minutes, clouds appear and the rains begin to fall. It is where you find the beauty of nature in valleys, mountain, streams, water falls, and the warmly welcome of the ethnic peoples. Come to Sa Pa to enjoy the scenery and explore daily activities of the tribal peoples.
